All of our timber products, whether standard or custom-made, are constructed from the same hardwearing, structural grade, Australian Blackbutt Hardwood Timber used in all of our furniture settings.
With minimal maintenance, these items can last for over 15 years, providing a stylish entertaining experience. The only difference with custom orders is that they are tailored to fit your exact size requirements.
Our products are available in oiled or raw finishes, with a choice of delivery or pickup, flat packed or assembled. You have the freedom to choose the setting combination or single item that suits your needs.
In addition to custom-sized furniture, we also offer custom cushions and covers. Whether you are after a specific pattern bench or scatter cushion, or you need a cover for an item that doesn't need to be seen at all times, we can provide custom items at competitive prices.

SHIPPING
- Despatch within 7 -14 business days
- Items are delivered in brown box, on a pallet, with the exception of certain items.
- Minor assembly is required
- Bulky items are delivered via a specialised service
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We do not accept a refund or exchange for change of mind
- Easy and complimentary returns, within 14 days of receipt
- Item to be returned in the original packaging. Please speak to customer service before returning the item.
DAMAGES
If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
