Return, Repairs and Refunds V. 10.21

This Returns, Repairs and Refunds Policy only applies to purchases made from Beccali Furniture only.

Beccali Furniture recommends you read this Returns, Repairs and Refunds Policy prior to making a purchase through Beccali Furniture Online, so you are familiar with our policy on returns, repairs and refunds.

A Change of Mind When making a purchase, be sure to choose carefully as refunds for incorrectly choosing a product aren’t simply refunded. Be sure to make use of the images of the product to be sure you have correctly selected your item before proceeding to check out.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are also worth referring to. Goods Damaged in Transit If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Beccali Furniture as soon as possible but no longer that 7 days after the delivery has taken place.

Where Goods are already damaged on delivery, Beccali Furniture requires photographic evidence of the damage to be e-mailed to sales@beccalifurniture.com.au before authorizing return of the Goods.

Beccali Furniture will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to our warehouse and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or a refund of the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Refunds will be made by Beccali Furniture head office via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within fourteen (14) days.

Delivery Charges - Where Beccali Furniture considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to our warehouse will be at Beccali Furniture expense. Please refer to the Standard Product Warranty for further details.

Returns and Repairs You may contact Beccali Furniture, and a staff member will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be returned for repair, or providing you with a replacement. In circumstances whereby you receive goods, either delivered or picked up, and some or all of the goods are defective whereby the structural integrity for use is unaffected, Beccali Furniture retains the right to repair or replace the affected item/s either from current stock on hand or stock due to arrive within 30 days.

Where Goods require a service or repair that is not covered under the standard warranty, the Goods can be returned to Beccali Furniture at the responsibility and expense of the consumer. You may contact Beccali Furniture, and a staff member will assist you with the service booking. At the time of repair or service should it be determined that there is a fault of the product, the goods will be repaired or refunded in accordance with the standard warranty and a refund of the transportation/delivery costs will be provided to the consumer. Please refer to the Standard Product Warranty for more information.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
